I guess the rumours are true, because on amazon.com the release of the Seinfeld dvd series is already mentioned. It says that it is not available ready, but you can leave your email-address on amazon.com's website. That way you can also vote for the release and amzon can let the producer know how many people are interested in this title. So, go to their website and vote!! Just do a dvd-search on Seinfeld, and it comes up right away. I hope they will also release it in Europe, otherwise I'll be forced to buy a region free dvd-player.

I am as happy as anyone at the prospect of getting Seinfeld on DVD.. .However, Amazon puts WISH DVD for reservation even though there have been no plans to produce them.. Still, I encourage everyone to sign up for Seinfeld on DVD at Amazon! The site says "we'll let the studio know how many customers are waiting for this title." I'm sure that if they get flooeded with requests, it'll help!

Rumor has it Lucas won't be releasing the original trilogy on DVD until after Episode III. Looks like you'll be waiting another 3-4 years...

Well, if it brings the release of Seinfeld on dvd only a little bit closer, it is worth the junkmail. And, by the way, it is very easy to block most junkmail with Outlook Express. And if you have already bought something from amazon, they've got your email-address anyway.

For people who don't sign the Seinfeld petition for this reason there's an easy solution, just make a new hotmail (or Yahoo, or whatever) account, use that address to sign and just never check that account anymore.
