Nothing could have demonstrated more clearly the precipitous decline in the quality of Seinfeld episodes than the showing of this last episode about Woody Woodpecker and the like just before a rerun of the Junior Mint episode out here in Boston at 9:30.
I couldn't stand the new Elaine. She was on a major dose of Prozac. She was just "happy."
Yet I died laughing watching her drool all over her ex-boyfriend in the hospital. "Get out!"
Kramer too. The whole Mom and Pop thing failed. But in the earlier episode he was right on. Junior mints--they're very refreshing.
Alas, Seinfeld will go the way of all the other sitcoms.
No doubt, we will soon have a cute little kid on the show. How they'd work it in, I don't know. But that's always the last refuge of a dying show.
David, a fan, but not a fanatic.
