Judge Vandelay and the prosecutor...familiar?

he was played by james rehborn, a versatile character actor who does mostly feature films. one of his most prominent roles was in Rain Man. he was also a prosecutor in My Cousin Vinny. he's been in alot but those are the two that come to mind
