Movie reference help; spoiler?

On last night's Seinfeld (which should have been on tonight, go figure, hence the spoiler reference), at the very end Jerry and Kramer are on a bus, and Kramer gets a nosebleed, and he says something like "Look at me, I'm falling apart!" The moment was totally surreal, and it was obviously a movie refernce, because it rings very small, very faint bells. Can anyone identify the movie? I guess I might have to wait until tomorrow, though, when the rest of the world has seen it.

(Actually, it might have been a rerun, now that I think about it, 'coz I'm something of a Seinfeld newbie. Anyway, you'll know it when you see it...)

MIDNIGHT COWBOY (ugh!!!)

In that movie, both Jon Voight (Joe Buck) and Dustin Hoffman (Ratso Rizzo) kept on planning to move to Florida. At the end of the movie, they are riding on a bus to Florida. Ratso Rizz starts to have a nosebleed and passes away on the bus.

In the background, Bob Dylan is singing

"Everyone is talking at me. I can't hear a word that they are saying. Just, the shadows mind. I want to go where the sun always shined."

Great move!!!

Actually, it was Harry Nillson that did the soundtrack for Midnight Cowboy and I'm pretty sure it was him singing this song.

How about Midnight Cowboy with Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight?

It's the final scene from Midnight Cowboy. Jon Voight's most famous role. Kramer is in the Dustin Hoffman role, Jerry the Voight role.

It was a reference to the end of Midnight Cowboy, which starred Jon Voight (!) and Dustin Hoffman. The movie was mentioned or referred to earlier in the show.
