In the episode with the muffin tops, that woman from the homeless shelter introduces herself as Rebecca DeMornay, does anyone find it strange that they used the name of a well-known actress for this character?

No, not strange - that was the point of the joke. They did move the syllable accent from the last syllable to the next to last. Remember John Voigt the periodontist? Same thing.
