Reruns On Thursday Now?

Will NBC still be showing reruns on Thursday until next season?

Yes. That's what usually happens since when the network buys a show they get the rights to one more rerun during the summer. Lately however, with many shows they've been buying two reruns and running them on other nights as NBC was doing on Wednesdays.

Last year when Wings went off the air, they still ran the reruns up to the first week of the season, and the last week of reruns they aired the series finale. I assume the same thing will be done with Seinfeld, though I am not sure how they will handle the 75 minute thing. Either they will rerun the clip show or edit the finale.

It's rare to see any finales in reruns. I've seen hundreds of Cheers reruns but have only seen the final episode once (when first aired in 1993).
