I've noticed that Jerry always has a Mac on his desk, but is that a Mac he's got on there this season?

If I'm seeing it right, I beleive it is a special edition Mac for Macintosh's 20th Anniversary.. They are selling it this year (probably later on), and I know they have been having sweepstakes to win it. It looks different because it has a very thin monitor, new technology I guess, and they are also trying to give it a 21st Century look.
