You all JUST DON'T GET IT.....

Seinfeld isn't ending - you are taking the "1 year jail sentence" too literally - "TV Time" is different than "Real Time" - 1 year in "TV Time" is equal to about 4 months - which is the start of the fall TV season - so, Seinfeld will return next season for the 10th season !!

This is NOT Coca-Cola changing their formula and then returning with the old formula. There will be no "Seinfeld Classic." It's over. With the publicity surrounding their latest contract negotiations, by now it would have been leaked or intentionally dispersed that an additional season was planned. Actually, Seinfeld is following "I Love Lucy's" lead, which ended at its peak, and will reap untold profits from syndication which might be jeopardized if the show were to continue its run and burn out before fully realizing the value in the syndication. That's show biz.
