I think there has been four vomiting incidents:
Kramer: Vomited on Susan after drinking out-of-date milk; again after eating a decades old hot dog to prove that Lloyd Braun was not crazy.
Jerry: Vomited after eating a black and white cookie.
Russell Darylrimple: Vomited after eating at that Italian resturant and reading Jerry and George's script for the pilot.
Has anyone got anymore?

George said he vomited all night after seeing his father's "hooters"
ANd remember the episode where we met Kramers mom and learned that his name was Cosmo? George was going out with a woman who he thought was throwing up her food after she ate. George ran into the bathroom to catch her in the act, but it was another woman being sick in the stall.
And Elaine's friend that she hooked up with George went to the bathroom to throw up after a lunch with Elaine.
Don't forget discussions on vomiting - George and Elaine have difficulty connecting but no problem talking about how Jerry vomits
Jerry reassures Elaine that her boyfriend Joel Rifkin is normal despite not having vomited in several years (He gives himself as an example)

Can't say for sure but one was implied when George tried smoking to get Susan to break up with him. He ran off camera I thought to the bathroom to be sick but they never actually said anything.

In one of the more recent episodes, when Puddy confessed to being an ex-germ o phobic, there was gagging. Did anyone ever vomit? At the end when everyone found out that Kramer had made the salad in the shower, it implied they were about to.
