Question

Fans discuss whether cold water shrinkage is real and debate the physiological reasons behind it, while also asking how many Seinfeld plots are based on writers' real experiences.

Has this ever happened to you? You're swimming in very cold water, and as you're getting undressed afterwords, your friend's girlfriend comes into the room just as your taking your pants off. (Heck, its happened to all of us guys, right?)

When you then tried to explain the "cold-water shrinkage" thing to her, did she believe you?

Has anyone here had any other experiences that are similar to Seinfeld plot-lines?

It would be interesting to ask the writers how many Seinfeld episode plot-lines were in fact drawn from real life experiences. We already know most of the characters are based on people Jerry knew in real life.

It is due to keeping sperm healthy. Sperm needs around 95 degrees F to be thrive. The testicles have to hang outside the body where it is cooler. This is why when it is very warm the scrotum hangs low. Converesly when it is cold, they draw up inside. When it very cold, the whole package seeks a warmer area and draws up.
