A recent trend with TV series DVDs is the releasing of each season over a period of time, then at the end, releasing the whole series as a single complete set. These sets are often priced less than the individual sets combined, and are often in packaging that is considerably smaller than individual sets put together. It's happend with Friends, Buffy, Sex and the City, etc.
I've been buying Seinfeld DVDs, (1-4 thus far), but was wondering if anyone's heard about possible plans to do this with Seinfeld. I'd hate to keep buying them separately, only to have the whole series come out at the end, cheaper as a whole, and packaged in a slimmer profile.
I suppose I could wait and find out, too - only, what, 2 more years until the whole lot is out?
