I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but I haven't seen any mention of it. If we are to asume, as we are, that Thursday's episode was meant to come before the Junior Mints episode, then not only was the yo-yo references messed up, but the triangle one as well. Yes, in Thursday's episode, Jerry draws the "perfect" triangle and is very pleased with himself. Elaine is of course in her "So what" attitude when Jerry shows her this. However, in the Junior Mint episode, Elaine's "boyfriend" is an artist who makes triangle sculptures. Elaine is then in her "Wow, what art" attitiude, and Jerry is in his "What's the big deal with that, even I can do that" attitude.
