Last night on Seinfeld George's girlfriend from the real estate place said that she finally had sold "129 West 81st Street." But later in the series isn't that Jerry's home address? I think it is. Does anyone know?

That was the joke- She sold Jerry's BUILDING. Nothing changes for the tenants but it's just an inside joke!
Yes, Jerry Seinfeld lives at 129 West 81st Street, reputedly a great building in a great area. Interestingly enough, Paul Buchman of Mad About You, also lived at 129 West 81st, in Kramer's place before Kramer moved in and Paul left to move in with Jamie.
