It will be a shame if this standout doesn't re-appear again. It seems that some episodes have re-aired three times already, and this one only once. I can understand it if Jerry doesn't want this episode cut up for syndication since every detail is important, but I hope he'll give us one more chance to see it in its entirety.

Sure it will. I think NBC did buy an extra rerun of each Seinfeld this year, so expect it. In any case, you will definitely see it once the last original episode airs, as NBC will air Seinfeld re-runs during the summer, just as with Cheers and Wings. I am sure too, that the last episode will air the final week of reruns - and that will be the very last ever network airing of an episode of Seinfeld - probably sometime in early Sept.
