Seinfeld-Austin Powers Connection

I just saw the movie "Austin Powers: Int...." Was that Babu I saw as part of the international contingent? How 'bout that? The son of Dr. Evil also looked very familiar. Was he possibly a video store clerk or some other bit part in an episode? Hmmm..he might have been a "Mad About You" guest as a young punk who fell in love with Jaime and played the piano for her. Anyone?
