Fans debate Michael Richards' performance in a Pepsi Super Bowl commercial, with mixed reactions on whether his Kramer-like mannerisms worked well for the ad.

So, what'd y'all think of Michael Richards in the Pepsi commercial?

I thought he was pretty good, but a little too much like Kramer. I especially liked the part where he had to refer to an index card to remeber Cindy Crawford's name.

Was it just me, or did someone else see the resembalance between characters Kramer and that "Back to the Future" guy? You know, the one who played on Taxi sitcom.

I really don't think that Michael Richards attempted to bring Kramer's personality into the ad, but rather that that is just the way he really is. I remember back (way back) when he was a cast member in 'FRIDAYS' - that really terrible attempt to be like SNL but on friday night - he was the same then, but more over the top with physical humor. Then his role in 'Transylvannia 6-500' as a bell boy and in Weird Al's 'UHF' where he plays a janitor. Actually if you want to just want to laugh until you be your pants, you need to watch 'UHF'. But I digress.

In all of those outings, he plays essentially the same guy, Kramer. But in Seinfeld he is much more three dimensional and way more suave.
