Fans identify the episode where George is told he's not Pensky material after his boss discovers he's been working without being hired and accomplishing nothing.

This was in "The Barber" (Jerry cheats on his barber). George isn't sure if he got hired, so he decides to go in and work anyway. One client, Mr. Pensky, is impressed with the way George rearranges his files. When George's boss returns from vacation, George has been working for a week and hasn't done anything. George says that Mr. Pensky is interested in him, and his boss responds, "You're not Pensky material!"
