Isn't there an episode where Kramer decides to host some Jewish singles night, then invites Jerry and Elaine...and Elaine says, "But I'm not Jewish!" and Kramer says, "Neither am I!" ?

I am not Jewish, but I think you are right. It's the way they kill the pig, and I guess the blood is supposed to not be mixed with any milk product??? I might have said something stupid now, but this is how it was explained to me (read: I DON'T KNOW EITHER! :-) )
