I remember way back in 'The Cheever Letters' from the 4th season we found out that Susan's dad was gay. I was watching a taped episode of 'The Rye' and i remembered that whole episode, and that her parents are still together.
Was that the first episode since 'The Cheever Letters' in which her parents appeared together? Why are they still together anyway?

Maybe it didn't take. Susan tried it too, maybe it's a family thing.
That's wrong. It is the SAME actor--Warren Frost in both episodes (see episode guide).
