It was The Big Salad. Bobby Pincus was a dry cleaner that was shot by Kramer's ex ballplayer friend. Kramer think's that he may be responsible for getting his friend upset after penalizing him on the golf course for touching the ball. There is a spoof on the OJ Bronco chase at the end.

"Poor little Pinkus" is Pinkus the drycleaner who got murdered, allegedly by Steve Gendeson, a former baseball player who had played golf with Kramer the morning of the murder. A dispute over a penalty stroke put Gendeson in a bad mood, and Pinkus had supposedly ruined a pair of Gendeson's pants. (But then, you generally don't need any extra incentive to murder a drycleaner.) A golf tee was found at the murder scene. Poor little Pinkus.
