Jerry starts talking about how the original pronunciation of Barcelona is BarTHelona, because of the at-that-time-King's lisp. He signs-off with "blah-blah-blah Jerry Theinfeld". As "Dave" (as in Letterman) would say, "I could smell that one coming all the way down Sixth Avenue!"
