There was definitely too much of a story in this one. The show was at its best when Kramer was shouting "Yoyomo" and answering the phone in different languages. This hour episode wasn't nearly as good as the Keith Hernandez one.

It wasn't as funny as *any* of the earlier eps. I agree that Kramer was the one funny element this time (loved the pratfall at the end of his testifying in court...pure Kramer for those of us who saw his 'Salute to the Olympics' ad). The phone call from Jerry's mom was a nice touch, but the ep seemed as though no one really worked at writing it.
Could be a practical joke referring to the "show about nothing" theme that Constanza was pushing, maybe.
Did anyone recognize the language(s) Kramer was using to answer Jerry's phone? One sounded vaguely Slavic. ---Al
