In this episode, Elaine talks Jerry into buying a blazer from this store in which she starts dating the salesman so she can get a good deal on a line of dresses. George (or Kramer) have their car parked in a parking lot in which prostatutes use to have sex. In the end, Kramer is dressed liked a pimp (flashy coat and top hat) and gets arrested.
