Don't know if this has been mentioned as a list possibility before, but does anyone have a list of the amount of money Jerry loses on the show? It occured to me that Jerry has lost millions of dollars on the show.

My kids loved Jerry's HBO special - they also were in stitches with that and the bit about when you are a kid everything you say is UP - wait up, etc... and when you are old everything you say is DOWN - slow down, sit down, etc... He has great insight into people's essence.
How about the $20 he lost when Elaine threw it out the window in "The Opposite" (my personal favorite episode). He did find $20 a minute later, but it was still lost for a little while.

The biggest loss had to be when he kept flying down to Florida to buy back his father's Cadillac from Jack Clompus. He maxed out his credit cards and wound up sleeping in it.

One of my favourite jokes in the whole act. He has a knack for making light of such trivial things. I also enjoyed the opening bit about the standing ovation.
Easy to lose (or more often, give away) thousands...when you are worth $500 million. In real life Jerry's also generous to family and friends. His mom gets a new Mercedes of her choice every couple of years, and she's picked up more than a few speeding tickets while behind the wheel.

That was in "the Alternate Side" one of my favorite episodes, I still fall to the ground in laughter when Jerry is explaining what a "reservation" is when they tell him they don't have a car for him, but they do have his reservation....
