I'm worried. They take us all the way back to when Jerry first met Kramer - how are they going to accomplish this feat when it has been clear for over two years that the show is utterly incapable of ever regaining the genious it once maintained? Why the obsession with the past? Why must to re-tread over sacred ground?

How are they going to manage going out in a "blaze of glory"? Pending a miricle, I certainly won't miss the show when it ends this year, nor will many other dedicated fans.

As for missing the show, I can not think of one television show that I miss. If I were to be stranded on an island and be given a choice of television or books, I'd choose books. Even given the choice of television or nothing, I would choose nothing. And in today's world we don't have to worry about missing anything, for in the world of television even early shows of the 50's can be seen everyday, somewhere.

And what is sacred ground? That is a personal interpretation. You clearly don't like the show, you say so almost everyday.

And so, sadly, I must say that you are simply incapable of objective reasoning with regard to anything concerning this show. And for me to continue argument with you is to further your anger, your sadness, your disgrace.

However I do find it odd, that one who lives surrounded by the spiritual red rocks of Sedona, has such negativity in his soul.

How can you call yourself a Seinfeld fan at all? I understand you think the show had degraded in quality, but that doesn't mean it's a a show unworthy to miss once it's gone. I, for one, will be deeply affected by after the series had concluded. I will remember the GREAT seasons, while still thinking fondly of the last few, not as great, seasons. Also, who are you to just generalize that many other dedicated fans will feel the same as you? Speak for yourself. I'm a hugely dedicated fan who will most definitely miss the show once it has ended.

How can you say you won't miss the show!!! Unbelievable. So you are not a Seinfeld fan anymore. Like I mentioned in a previous post, you have crossed the line and become a Seinfeld basher.

As long as you guys keep responding to Justin Drivel, I'm forced to read his crap. Trashing the show before it airs. Sheesh.

Cheers did the exact same thing in it's last season. All of the old recurring characters came back and even Diane Chambers came back for the final episode. All this talk about Seinfeld's past I think is just one more indication that the show is at it's end (a.k.a. this will be the last season of the show).

Well that's kind of odd....a true dedicated fan of the show would surely be sad when the show ended and would watch every Seinfeld episode till the end.

I don't understand how you can say this and believe it at the same time. "Dedicated fans" will miss something that they love if it is gone. It's like saying, "I love my valuable baseball card collection. Therefore, if it is incinerated by a bolt of lightning, I will be happy."
