With everyone saying the show sucked, it could have had a more creative ending etc., I think people are missing the "BIG" picture & just looking at the episode on the surface.Sure the show sucked, if you thought it ended with them going to prison because of the lame "Good Samaritan" law, which was the focus of the final episode.But think of this: For 9 seasons, all four characters have done nothing, but insult, degrade, mock other people (hence the return of the previous characters) and they (to us) weren't on trial for the car jacking, but for 9 years of "bad personal skills".It was more of a social commentary, than an average episode.It was deeper than a first time Seinfeld viewer could understand.It was a Finale for die hard fans. We have watched & Taped every episode & are die hard fans.we think the end was creative & bold.Unlike another recent series finale (which was the lamest thing we had ever seen & felt sorry for Ellen, since it was a Network ending, not hers), this one did not disappoint.We plan to watch it again today (Seinfeld Finale, not Ellen's) & enjoy it twice as much.BRAVO Seinfeld. BTW- We really enjoyed Ellen & was sad to see it abused & finally killed by hypocritical ABC.We looked forward to seeing Ellen's Finale, after the pathetic" 2 guys, a girl & a pizza place" crap! For that manouver/screw over, people deserve what they get- Fluff TV.No more Seinfeld or Ellen?? Say good-bye to thinking TV.At least we still have Fox's Ally McBeal, Simpsons & the X-Files. [email]
