Who's the mannequin guy?

Last night's episode, "The Pie," featured a store mannequin that looked like Elaine. During the end credits we learn that this geeky guy, whom I've never seen before, is the one who designed it. Who is he and what episodes has he been in?

He met her on the subway in the episode involving Mister Costanza's TV Guide and the Wooden Indian. I don't recall him ever having a name.

I think his name is Richie.

It's RICKEY, like in "Ricardo." (He's a "Lucy" freak!)

The actor's name is Sam Lloyd. Has he been in anything else? He's a friggin' RIOT!

In the episode called the Cigar Store Indian, the geeky guy, called Ricky, approaches Elaine on the subway when he spots her reading the TV guide that Jerry gave her when she left George's parents house. He is impressed that such an attractive woman would be reading "The Guide", he points out that you can watch 6 hours of Lucy on Tuesday nights and he calls Elaine "Scrumptious". When she leaves the train, she leaves the TV Guide behind and Ricky takes note of the Costanza's address on the mailing label and thinks that is where Elaine lives. Subsequently, he shows up at the Costanza's with a paper bouquet of flowers he fashioned from the TV guide.

He was the "tv-guide" guy that Elaine met on the subway who became enchanted with her and made a bouquet out of the shredded tv-guide she left behind on the train (which incidently turns out to be Mr Costanza's tv-guide - the problem compounded when we find out he collects them!).

I don't recall his name.

I don't recall his name, but he was the guy on the subway who Elaine gave Mr. Costanza's copy of TV guide to. This same person later cut the TV guide into a paper bouquet.

I think Elaine grabbed a TV guide on her way out of George's house. This Guy hit upon Elaine and talked to her, asked her if she needed a Highlighter to underline her tv guide. She left the Guide with him as she alighted the subway, she was initially with Kramer, he stepped off the platform to buy Gyros when he came back the door closed on him. Some dude took his Gyros ( inside the sub w). Kramer had to struggle to break free from the moving train. Then the guy start talking to Lainey about her BF left. In the end he kept the TVG. He found the subscription address and visit the senior Costanza. They both hit it off because they both collect TVG! Senior Costanza had a fit because of missing TVG while he was on holiday! It may be the same episode George left a rubber wrapping on the parents bed. I can't sleep on there anymore!
