Who are the REAL characters?

Just wondering, who are George, Jerry, Kramer, and Elaine based on?

Jerry is Jerry. George is based On Larry David. Elaine is loosely based on Carol Leifer and other girlfriends that Jerry had. Kramer is based on Kenny Kramer,Larry David's old neighbor and ex-comedian.

Kramer is based on a real nyc weirdo, Jerry is based on one of the producers and Elaine and George are fictional. I don't remember the specifics.

Kramer is Kramer, a guy that lived in the same building with Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld when they were struggling comedians.
