"The Pen" is the episode where one of the guys in his parents complex gives Jerry the Astronaut Pen, and then complains that he took it. The episode where his father gets impeached is when Jerry buys them a new Caddilac and no one believes that Jerry is funny enough to afford one. They accuse his father of stealing the money. The sealing vote on the impeachment comes from the lady who Jerry mugged for the marble rye in a prior episode in NY.
