She was "friend" of Elaine's who would go around w/o a bra, at one point Elaine gave her a bra, to see if she'd wear it, and she wore it under a jacket like a top. At was at this point that Kramer and, I think Newman were driving along in a car, saw her and had an accident, then Kramer decided to sue so he looked up that lawyer that helped him in the Cafe Latte incident.

Jog my memory, who was the braless wonder ?

Kramer would have a case if he didn't listen to his Caddy. Requested her to try the bra on over her top. Then Jackie Chiles ( the attorney) commented it should fit like a glove. She tried it on but couldn't buttoned it. That threw out the case. Earlier Elaine's two co-worker wanted to go to this very busy resaturant for lunch, Elaine advised them there will be a long line up, it turned these two ladies had their bra top on, the maitre'D found them a table right away!

That was one of the dumbest court scenes. I know I know - it's only a show. While I understand that Seinfeld is "only a TV show" I also know that there was no reason for her to try on that bra as part of the case. Whether or not it fit her was not at issue in the trial. The only possible way that she might have needed to try on the bra would have been to see how she had looked that day and to see if her wearing it in that manner would have been a probable cause of an accident. And of course, she would have worn it exactly as she had appeared the day of the accident....NOT over her shirt top.

I know that it was a spoof of the OJ case. You would have to have lived under a rock not to know about the "glove thing."

I don't care that it was a spoof of the O.J. case. It was stupid plain and simple.

And no, I was not an O.J. juror. I had better things to do with my time so they excused me from Jury Duty!

The whole reason why she tried it on was so they could play off of the Simpson case! In the case The Prosecution didn't have to have Simpson try on the glove, and it ended up influencing the out come of the case. She put the bra on over the top just like Simpson tried the glove on over the thin medical glove. At the end Jackie (Kramers attorney) said it has to fit up next to the skin, like a glove! I was aware that this was a spoof of the Simpson case. I still thought it was stupid. At that point I was so tired of hearing about the O.J. Simpson case that I didn't really care to see a spoof of it.

That is very true, if she had warn the bra like that day and cause a commotion in court, the case would have won!

Why does Jerry have a kitchen. Tonight 6/30 was the first time someone cooked in the kithcen. It was not on screen. has Jerry ever cooked in his kitchen? Also why did george eat at Monks when he was unemployed. Who paid for his meal? Did he use unemployment money?

Elaine's cousin once cooked for him (meat) in his kitchen.

I've seen the kitchen utilized many times. Jerry stands in there sometimes when he and another charcater talk.

Also, Kramer has used the kitchen to make a turkey sandwich, eat fruit and a host of other food activities. Jerry has used the kitchen to eat fruit and other things as well.

So the kitchen is a worthwhile room on Seinfeld.
