It was from the 3rd season called The Nose Job. She played Isabele, the bimbo wanna be actress, that Jerry picked up in an elevator by telling her he was responsible for the crop circles.
She was the sexed crazed woman on the elevator that Jerry met. Jerry asked Kramer to hid her phone number from him.

Looks like it's the wrong "Tawny". I just checked IMDb, and Raquel does have a daughter named "Tahnee Welch". She's apparently been in about 20 films, but the only ones I recognized were Cocoon and its sequel, in which she had small roles.
