Who is Bob Sachamanno?

	In at least two episodes that I can remember, "The Glasses" and
"the Heart Attack," Kramer mentions his friend Bob Sachamanno (sp?) as
having one oddball disease or another (I think it was rabies in "The Glasses"
but I could be mistaken.)
	Who is this Bob Sachamanno and why is he so sick all the time?
Has he been mentioned in other episodes, too?

In the Fix Up, it was Bob Sacamanno who gave Kramer the defective condoms. Kramer also mentioned him in one of the recent new episodes, either The Wait Out or The Invitations.

Bob is a friend of writer/producer Larry Charles. kk

I think that Bob is just one of the many people that Kramer has known throughout his years.
