Elaine's Black and White Shoes

I've seen close up photos of these darling shoes and I believe that they are actually chocolate and ivory. I got a pair that appear to be identical to Elaine's at Ann Taylor last fall. There was actually an article about them in Entertainment Weekly magazine about 2-3 months ago, but no resources listed.
