What's the title of the ep where Kramer spills hot coffee, and thru lawyer gets a settlement from the shop of as much coffee as he likes? Is this the main plot of this ep, or a sub-plot?

It takes place over two eps...he spills it in The Postponement(George tires to delay the wedding) and then meets Jackie Chiles and goes to court in The Maestro(George gives a rocking chair to the security guard, Kramer and Jerry go to Italy)
