Monk's should be the spinoff

The spinoff shouldn't be about George, Elaine, Kramer, or even Jerry. They all work off each other to make the best sitcom ever created. The spinoff should be about the thing that everyone takes for granted, the thing that has been a part of the show since the beginning (not including the pilot~the first episode). The spinoff should be about MONK'S RESTAURANT! Jerry, Kramer and the gang's heads could be seen sitting at their regular booth while we take a look at the lives of the other losers who hang around at Monk's restaurant. It should be the next Cheers (after all, it'll have the Seinfeld tag following it) and if it does become a Union Square, it won't affect Seinfeld because the main cast of Seinfeld won't be associated with it. Its almost a win-win situation!
