Who Names Each Episode ?

Pardon my ignorance but I'm new to this group and apologize if this has been discussed before. Each Seinfeld episode has an official title, "The Contest" being the most famous I guess. I was wondering where do these titles come from? I don't see them at the beginning of the show or in the credits. Thanks.

As far as who actually 'named' each episode, well, I would imagine it was Jerry. Or maybe whoever wrote the episode gave it the name. [email] (Hammer nail here--> <-- for a new monitor.)
