"The Suzie" re-ran last night and I noticed another one of those weird editing things. The last scene was Elaine yelling"Suuuuuuuuzz" because of Peterman sticking her with a Suzie foundation like George's for Susan. (they never mentioned that again BTW) Anyway, I remember the last scene showing George's funny answering machine message again. Also, they cut the funniest line in the episode IMO. The one where Peterman is giving the eulogy and goes"And I slept with her." They cut it out, I was so upset. I remember it because my roommate and I were hysterical over it and it became a joke with us. We were very disappointed when it wasn't in the episode. It is frustrating when they cut good parts out for syndication, especially when it is just one line!

Yeah, they have to edit each episode a little for syndication. Another one that I noticed recently was The Muffin Tops, when Newman took care of the Muffin Tops at the end. The first time it aired, we saw a hot car drive up and someone's legs walk out, then we see it's Newman and it's funny. Elaine asks where he got the car and he says it's a rental. But this time right after Elaine said "He makes problems go away", Newman quickly came in the door. Not nearly as good.

I also saw this episode last night but this part was NOT cut out. Strange... that part was also my favorite and when he stared describing it and Jerry said something referring to sleeping with both Suzie and Elaine I was cracking up. Hmm....the editing of the syndicated episodes must be inconsistent.
I also really enjoyed (Note sarcasm) how the slow motion scene of George "evacuating" the kids from the birthday party when the burgers caught fire was edited out in syndication. I've noticed that part in and out during reruns. The editing is very inconsistent in syndication.

I saw "The Pick" before in syndication. It also has Elaine's Christmas card ('Hey, Nip') and Kramer as an underwear model. At the end, Kramer comes into the coffee shop, where Elaine sees the Calvin Klein underwear add and says "Is that your ...", referring to Mr. Johnson. The next time, this part was cut out. Why do they edit the shows, anyway. They are ruining them.
