JA overload

Call me crazy, but for some reason I feel as though I am suffereing from JA overload this week. First I saw him on SNL, I'm not sure if it was a repeat or not, but he was dressed as Peter Pan and flying around the stage.

Then I saw him last night on E! while channel surfing. They were doing a behind-the-scenes look at the Emmy nominations. The last 10 minutes highlighted the nominations for best comedies and _Seinfeld_ was the only one where they actually interviewed the cast. Other nominees included Cheers, Home Improvement, and The Larry Sanders Show.

Then even later on last night, while surfing, I came across _Dream_On_ on HBO and decided to watch it since friends have said good things about it. The storyline had the main character catching on video a beloved children's star getting a blow job in an alley by a hooker. Eventually the main guy gets sued by the family and guess who is representing Uncle Bouncy's family?! None other than JA himself!

Now of course today is Thursday so I get to watch JA again on _Seinfeld_, and the story line is mostly centered on George and Jerry (The Outing). Did anyone else get really upset with George during this episode? He was not only screwing up his life, but Jerry's as well. That really perturbed me. By the end of the show I was ready to strangle him. I don't know, I guess I don't find his behavior funy, just aggravating, and real people don't really act that way, do they?

Anyhoo, I think I have had my fill of JA this week.

I hate to burst your bubble, but George is a *fictional* character. And if you would turn off your TV now and then and get out of the house a little more, maybe you would learn something about how "real people" act.

To get back to the subject at hand, has anyone seen the new Rold Gold pretzels commercial starring Jason Alexander (nee Jay Greenspan)? They've tried to make the character he plays "George-like", with the type of humor ("What kind of name is April? April's a month!"), but if they keep it up, they better get better.
