DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW SAFE MORPHEUS IS???

I don't mean for any viruses or anything like that.....what i am reffering to is copyright laws.....

I mean, can anyone track any of the files that I download??? (ie, music, episodes)

Nah, don't think they can. Not heard of it yet. Well, maybe they CAN, but there's so many users, they don't have the time.

On the same topic, how legal (illegal) is it to download TV shows? I mean, take That 70's show (yes, I like it! get over it!!) None of the UK channel's are showing new episodes. We're up to series 2. US is on Series 4!! So, I download them. Is that SO bad? I mean, I don't pay for them on TV, and if I hadn't downloaded it, I wouldn't have watched it anyway... Well??

Here is my take. I am allowed to record a show off of TV and watch it. I am also allowed to let anyone in my house watch it. I am allowed to let my neighbor borrow and watch it as long as there is no money involved. Someone took their time to record the show and make a file out of it and let thousands of their online friends 'borrow' it and watch it. No money exchanged hands, no harm done. Also, if the networks aren't going after the people selling their collections for money then they are certainly NOT going after you for watching them for free. And if they did stoop so low, wouldn't they go after the one person POSTING the epsides and not the thousands downloading them? Just my $.02
