An Added Attraction Of The Clip Show In Syndication

Of course the added material from the first post finale reun has been added but more to the point the second half of the show has an added intro that wasn't present in the original or rerun version.

Not only that, but there were a few syndication cuts that made it into the clip show, including Newman driving up in the black Acura NSX to set up the Pulp Fiction parody at the end of "The Muffin Tops".

That was Pulp Fiction? I thought it was from Point of No Return!

What part of Point of No Return could it be? I am not familiar with that film.

It's been awhile so I can't be specific, but Nikita was on one of her first assignments with another assassin and the whole hit got messed up so they called in a special agent, that I believe was called "the cleaner" who "cleans up messes." Or something similiar to that.

The "cleaner" subplot may have been used in various underworld-type movies, but the clincher is when Newman mimicks Keitel's line from the Pulp Fiction, "If I am curt with you, it is because time is a factor."

BTW, I think the abundance of movie parodies is one of the most
endearing qualities of the show.
