That is way off base. Sam was a shallow, self-centered egotist who always got women, whereas Jerry is just a normal guy who is always getting dumped. Carla and Elaine? That's ridiculous. Carla was a blue collar working broad, and Elaine works in publishing. I doubt Carla could read! George and Norm have some similarities, but they are vague.

A lot of these are kinda close, maybe, but I think George is more like Cliff. They both like to raddle on and on about stupid stuff.
Absolutely no analogies can be made between the characters on Cheers and the characters on Seinfeld. They are all totally different. Any discussion on the similarities between them is ludicrous.
