Guy who points out Lainie Opium-Poppie seed bagel link?

In the rerun of the episode shown earlier tonight, Jun.13,1996 in which Elaine is denied her trip to Africa and subsequently fired by J. Peterman on suspicion of opium abuse, she is commiserating with an immigrant Latina waitress at Monk's over her plight. A guy at the counter points out the fact that her urine sample may be showing traces of opium because she consumes so many poppy seed bagels. Who is that guy? I think he's a well known actor or stand up comedian, but I missed his name at the end of the credits..
