favorite scene

the absolute funniest scene is where George uses Jerry's apt. as the front for Vandelay Industries. After Kramer answers the phone saying the unemployment office has the wrong number, George comes running out of the bathroom with his pants around his ankles and yells "SAY VANDELAY!" Elaine (or is it Jerry) walks in anstonished to see George on the gound after tripping over his own pants.

Also, when George's mother catches his dad with her bra on.

Great scenes, both of them. In the Vandelay Industries one, Kramer and Elaine are sitting on the couch and George is in the bathroom. Jerry went to take some trash out I think. The phone rings and Kramer answers, asking "What-delay Industries?" Geroge starts screaming from the bathroom "Vandelay! Say Vandelay!" Elaine is trying to tell Kramer to say Vandelay but he's shooing her off. George runs out of the bathroom with his pants around his ankles and trips, crawling over to the couch and pointing to the phone "Vandelay! Say Vandelay!" Kramer hangs up the phone and looks over at George and sort of shrugs, wondering what he's talking about. George collapses on the floor and Jerry walks in, looking down. "And you wanna be my latex salesman ..." :)

The one about the bra, that's not Estelle's bra, that's the Mansire (spelling! ack!), although Kramer likes the name 'Bro.' They're listening to a Cha-cha record on the Hi-Fi (Frank's record player) and Kramer's velcroing the back of the bra when George comes in, and stares with his mouth open before his hands cover it. Estelle just says "Oh my God ..."

Kramer describing to Jerry and the gang about driving the bus to return the pinky toe to the Heckler. Nuff' said.

I loved the scene where Jerry was explaining to George about the "dirty talker". Also the scene where George was describing how he saved the whale by pulling Kramer's golf ball from its spout.

My Favorite scene is any one of the "Second Spitter" scenes. I especially liked Jerry's account of what happened ala' JFK Zapruder (spelling!) film.

I think one of the all-time best was the scene in the mentor episode in which George had to give a presentation on -- what was it, risk management? -- but picks up, instead of the materials he has prepared, the standup comedy routine Jerry had written for Banya. "Why do they call it Ovaltine?" {long pause] "... call it Roundtine."

I think one of the funniest scenes (and shows) was the soup Nazi one. The last part was great when Elaine got her revenge. I heard on some news show that there really is a soup Nazi in New York. Does anyone know if this is true?

Yes it really exists, and there is an advertisement from the real Kenny Kramer for fact or fiction tour of Seinfeld world in NYC.

Off the top of my head, one of my favorite scenes has to be the one in which Jerry steals the marble rye from the old lady so that George can replace it at Susan's parents' home. Jerry: "Shut up ya old bag!" And the shot of Jerry running away, marble rye tucked under his arm, makes me laugh out loud every time!
