It is from the episode, "The Pen." Elaine has a sore back from sleeping on Jerry's parent's fold out couch and has taken a couple of muscle relaxers so she is feeling good. Then she is introduced to someone named Stella. The part where she screams, "Stella! Stella!", is taken from a movie scene, but I forgot the name of the movie. "Seinfeld" episode have many scenes that were coppied from movies. Hope that helps.

It's because Elaine is on drugs. She slept in Jerry's parents extra bed and got her back stiffed. They gave her some muscle relaxer or something. She has just been introduced to person who's name is Stella. Why she screams like that, is probably some movie parody. From what movie...anyone...anyone...???
