That was Kristen Davis, who appeared for a time on Melrose Place as Billy Campbell's girlfriend/wife Brooke.

My personal votes for best looking girlfriend are Teri Hatcher (are her boobs real) and Jami Gertz (I can't spare a square).

But Jerry has had NUMEROUS beautiful babes as girlfriends, only he always finds something wrong with them. I wish I had those kinds of problems!!!
