What I would like to have Seinfeld replaced with, in order of preference:
1.Third Rock From The Sun 2.Frasier 3.Just Shoot Me
4- Move ER into the 8 O'Clock Slot, move Dateline into 9pm Move Veronica's Closet into Tuesday after "Frasier". Move "Just Shoot Me" into 7:30 on Thursdays. Move "Union Square" off the schedule or to Sundays and "Friends" stays at 7pm.

Subject: Replacement Ideas for Seinfeld -- Urgent
It has come to our attention that some current actors have pending deals with other production companies. Some will seek to expand into film. To them, let us remember -- Shelley Long and David Caruso.
Pending the outcome of a current legal proceeding, we have identified a potential replacement for Kramer. He has a very high Q score, indicating the public is very aware of his name. Name recognition is off the charts. In focus groups, he has gotten quite a reaction. He is little rough around the edges, but exactly the kind of grungy actor our 18-49 demographics are seeking. On the positive side he's been getting lots of peripheral exposure, including some recent magazine covers.
Close your eyes and picture in the role of Kramer -- Ted Kayzinski. Yes the Unabomber, correction -- alleged Unabomber. If he is acquited we can get him at very good price. If he's found guilty, appeals and re-trials might push back our production schedules. Of course Ted dislikes the technical end of the business, but he has some innovative ideas, and is a prolific, if not humorous, writer. And he is a Harvard misfit, so he'll blend in well with our staff-writers. Imagine the tune-in factor for the first couple of episodes. If we can hook the viewers then, we can continue another quality NBC product. Manimal and SuperTrain will be distant memories.
