The stray photo of a blonde in George's set of photos he picked up from the photo shop ->Was it a photo of the lady in the photoshop? Or was it a photo of another blonde (because in the end, the photo shop lady mentions something about a lingerie model forgetting her photos)?

The photo was of a lingerie model and was mistakenly given to George. George thought it was Sheila, the photoshop girl, although the face was obscured. This was a key misunderstanding, since George thought Sheila was "coming on" to him by slipping a sexy photo of herself into his pictures. This led to George's ill-fated photo session with Kramer and his being accused by Newman of leading a male pornography ring.
