According to Entertainment Weekly's Seinfeld Companion, it is spelled Dalrymple. ^^^^^^^^^

Having just seen the president of NBC (Littlefield?) on Leno last night, it's now clear to me that the actor playing Russel Dalrymple was chosen for the role because he is similar in appearance the actual president of NBC.
