Who was the actor who played the guy Elaine was dating in the B.O. episode? I know I've seen him before but I cannot for the life of me figure out where.

Nick Backay. Used to be on Night After Night with Alan Havey on Comedy Central. Then moved on to the Dennis Miller show. A very funny guy.

He was the announcer for Dennis Miller's talk show, and before that the announcer for Alan Havey's talk show on Comedy Central. Can't remember his name, though.

i believe that was nick backay (sp?). he was on the comedy channel on the alan havey show and was also the 'ed mcmahon' of the dennis miller show.
