I think it's actually Loman, and like Bob Sacamano, Loman is a one of Kramer's friends that never makes an on sceen appearence.

I think it's LOMEZ . And you are right, we never get to see him. Almost- he is in a porta-potty with Kramer outside waiting for him on their way to a movie in The Betrayal (Backward Show).
